The Noordhoek Conservancy administers the funding and manages the Common in accordance with a contractual agreement with the City of Cape Town. Part of the lease agreement is clearance of alien vegetation, maintenance of fences and keeping the property in good order. The Noordhoek Conservancy currently funds this maintenance and improvements to the Common.
